Job Summary
Monitor and maintain car park day-to-day operation. Ensure the safety and comfort of customers within the car park premises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspects car park service machinery and devices and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.
- Liaises with maintenance contractors for the servicing and upkeep of all car park equipment and systems
- Performs administrative duties relating to car park reports and to ensure proper fillings are in place.
- To plan and prepare car park staff work duties and schedules.
- Assists in administrative duties such as leave applications and preparation and submission of overtime claims for department staff.
- Assist the Finance department in collecting takings from Pay upon Exit as directed by the Operation Manager.
- Checks on floats during changeover of shits, and verifies that the recorded details are accurate.
- Directs the flow of traffic during peak periods.
- Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g. lost or faulty parking issues).
- Supervises and provides guidance to Car Park staff, as well as assists in the training of new staff.
- Monitor the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out frequent patrol duties.
- Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.
- Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunsuria Retail Forum to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
- Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Operation Manager, or the PDPA Officer.
- Complies with all Sunsuria Retail Forum policies in relation to the Act and assists the Manager in any personal data protection matters.
- Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.
- Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Manager immediately.
- Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.
- Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.
- Provides full co-operation to the PDPA Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by Operations Manager or Management.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree students from all disciplines
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sunsuria Forum, Setia Alam
- Minimum 4 years working experience in car park operations
- Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday and overtime
- Willingness to work on shift rotation
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
