A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Digital Supply Chain Process Lead at Digital Supply Chain, you will partner with Global Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and IT to leverage digital enablers and technologies to improve global supply chain operational efficiency and performance metrics. In this role, you will report to the Director, Digital Supply Chain.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business process excellence, improvement, and automation that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Analyze complex business processes and data sets to identify opportunity to improve operational efficiency of global supply chain processes. And detect the supply chain data trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business process improvement and data needs and ensure effective use of data across the organization by leveraging digital and automation solutions.
- Lead and integrate business systems and processes across functional teams and systems such as ERP and other business applications under global supply chain.
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making processes
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance and management practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process and data strategies and make recommendations for improvements
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of related experience
- SAP, Oracle ERP process proficiency
- Digital and automation tool proficiency - Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automates, UiPath, AWS, Azure, and SQL.
