Position Title: Business/ Finance Analyst (M&A)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights, and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Develop and analyze financial models for business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and organic growth, and assist in preparing business cases aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support due diligence and M&A transactions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management while maintaining records of strategic initiatives and market data.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Job Requirements:
- CPA qualification or a degree in finance with at least three years of relevant experience in a consulting or advisory firm.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent research capabilities.
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
