- Background in financial institutions (Banks, SME Lending, Funding, Societies, etc.)
- Active SME client base with premium profiles
- A true hunter – self-driven, lead generator, and hungry for success
- Strong interest in Boost Lending Products and eager to be part of a Digital Bank
Role Details:
Location: Klang Valley (20 headcounts)
Target Hire Date: End of August 2025
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Field-Based Role: BD expected to be on the ground most of the time
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to RM10,000 (based on current package)
- Commission: RM4,000/month (Hunter role)
- Lifestyle Allowance: RM600/month (transport + mobile)
- Annual Leave: 24 days + 1 Birthday Leave
- Device Subsidy: RM1,000 every 2 years
- Boost E-wallet Credit: RM120/month
- Dental & Optical: RM600/year
- Medical Coverage: RM50K inpatient & unlimited outpatient
- Maternity Allowance: For both male & female staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SME lending
- Proven ability to close SME loans (min RM500K)
- Strong negotiation skills and a hunger for high earnings
- Target: RM500K/month with max 2-year loan settlement
