- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper merchandising for vending machines across all locations.
- Manage and maintain existing business relationships with partner companies to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and customer loyalty.
- Drive sales growth by introducing innovative promotions, seasonal campaigns, and digital marketing collaborations.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development initiatives with store goals.
- Track and report sales performance, growth opportunities, and challenges to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or retail industry (grocery/retail experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to support decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and retail operations is a plus.
