Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
- Develop and execute plans to increase revenue, monitor market trends, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and recommend actions to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in retail sales or business development is flavorably.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
