Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitor movements.
- Generate and qualify leads via cold outreach, CRM tools, and networking events.
- Present and pitch financial advisory solutions tailored to SME needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and facilitate smooth client onboarding.
- Managing client relationships and appointment setting
- Following up on financing application document and collection
- Track performance against KPIs for lead generation, conversion rates, and new client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular performance reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition—SME or financial services preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
