We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and handle marketing and social media initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Business Development & Client Management
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and networking to generate leads.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Marketing & Social Media
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Film Edge’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Assist in designing promotional materials, online campaigns, and digital ads.
- Monitor social media performance (engagement, reach, leads generated).
- Support branding activities to increase Film Edge’s visibility in the market.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain client database/CRM system.
- Prepare business development reports for management.
- Handle general coordination of BD and marketing tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Mandarin Language is an added advantage
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a small team.
- Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Canva or basic video editing is an advantage.
