Job Summary:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll records, calculate deductions and tax withholdings, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify employee time and payroll data (hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions).
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule (e.g., pay runs, pay statements, direct deposits).
- Maintain and reconcile payroll records, spreadsheets, and general ledger data.
- Handle inquiries from employees or supervisors regarding pay-related issues.
- Prepare reports for finance, management, and auditors.
- Stay up to date on local tax and wage laws and ensure compliance.
- Support year-end processing and associated documentation (e.g., tax forms)

Job Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR preferred.
- 1+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with multi-state or multi-country payroll compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation (taxes, garnishments, benefits)
- Fluent in Korean and English language.
