- Handle existing government project Identify, approach, negotiate and convert potential leads into customers.
- Develop proposals and sales pitches tailored to customers’ needs.
- Leverage digital platforms to engage potential customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences and any events including online activities that enable for brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and telemarketer to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
- Encourage and ensure customers to provide positive feedback and reviews on designated online platforms (Google Review).
- Record and maintain all customer information timely and accurately in the assigned system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, quotation, invoicing and collections.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously seek process improvements for better business outcomes.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the company to support business operations.
