Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Executive to join our team. This role combines responsibilities in accounting, finance, inventory monitoring, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to work independently while supporting both finance and office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Monitor inventory records, stock adjustments, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, filing, and office records.
- Support HR, administration, and general office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, auditors, and authorities.
- Assist in meetings, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
- Contribute to improving processes for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, inventory management or administrative.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, EasyStore POS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
