Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to support our daily operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to administrative tasks, business processes, and team coordination. It’s an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain practical experience in a real-world office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
- Help manage documentation, data entry, and filing systems
- Prepare basic reports, memos, and meeting notes
- Support planning and execution of internal projects and events
- Coordinate with different departments for workflow support
- Participate in process improvement initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
