We are looking for interns who have the thirst for learning and eager to level up to experience real work-life culture in our organization while building their professional knowledge in HR and open for students to a friendly and enthusiastic working experience and be prepared to be exposed to the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to maintain and enhance Human Resources by implementing and evaluating employee relations, recruitment activities, and HR policies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in managing HR & Admin functions including interview arrangements, training coordination, and documentation updates.
- Conduct and arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide appropriate responses or forward to relevant departments.
- Assist in managing the recruitment process cycle and updating internal recruitment databases.
- Assist in administrative support such as data entry, filing, and office coordination.
- Participate in storekeeping duties on a rotational basis, including:
- Receiving and organizing stock
- Assisting with stock-taking
- Ensuring store cleanliness and item arrangement
- Shall take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to multitask and work in both office and store settings.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to Diploma/Degree students in Business Administration, Human Resource, Office Management, or equivalent fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken/ written local language
- Good time keeping
