Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for internship placements, including sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align on internship plans.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment documents, such as offer letters, NDAs, and other required forms.
- Support the screening and shortlisting of high-potential candidates.
- Explore and suggest new recruitment platforms to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives.
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, including forming partnerships with universities and colleges to support internship programs.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
- Able to commit to an internship based in Puchong.
