Position is responsible for performing highly responsible administrative and secretarial services for the Building Department, including accepting applications and collecting fees for permits, answering inquiries regarding building, maintaining records, processing office payroll and invoices, preparing reports and correspondence, scheduling inspections and overseeing the office.

3. Collecting fees from the residences at site and record all daily collections.
4. Key in all collection into accounting system and update the collection to the accounts departments.
5. Responsible to handle tenant complaints at sites.
6. Day-to-day Management office operation – including task given by the BM/Committee from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
