Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of the tuition centre. This role ensures that teaching quality, student enrolment, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency meet the organisation’s standards. The Branch Manager will lead and support a team of teachers and administrative staff, ensuring the branch operates smoothly and profitably.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the tuition centre, including scheduling classes, managing facilities, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant education regulations.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure proper record-keeping for student data, attendance, payments, and academic progress.
2. Sales & Marketing
- Drive student enrolment growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, schools, and the local community.
- Manage social media and other marketing platforms to promote the branch.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
3. Academic Quality & Customer Service
- Ensure teaching quality and curriculum delivery meet the organisation’s standards.
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor student progress and address academic or behavioural concerns.
- Organise events such as open days, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
4. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and manage teachers and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Motivate and support staff to maintain high teaching and service standards.
- Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all classes.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly reports on branch performance, enrolments, and financial results.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Report operational challenges and achievements to Head Office.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience (education sector preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Customer-focused with a passion for education and student success.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
