Branch Management Training & Development
- Participate in management meetings, planning session and leadership activities
- Attend structured departmental rotations (Sales Services, Admin, Parts) to build functional knowledge
Sales Operations Support
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, deal closing, and customer follow-ups\
- Understand pricing strategies, stock availability, and product positioning for UD and Foton trucks
- Monitor sales targets, market trends, and competitor analysis for branch-level planning
Service Department Familiarization
- Learn key workshop operations including job card control, scheduling, and productivity tracking
- Support service team in customer coordination
- Gain knowledge of warranty claim processing, service revenue management and parts planning
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Conduct customer visits, delivery handovers, and service reviews
- Learn to handle customer escalations and provide feedback to improve satisfaction levels
- Support implementation of aftersales initiatives to boost repeat business
Operational Oversight
- Understand branch administrative processes, including invoicing, claims and logistics
- Observe and assist in manpower planning, scheduling and productivity reviews
- Learn to manage cost controls and resource allocation at branch level
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Assist in preparing sales and service reports for HQ submission
- Track branch KPIs and help identify gaps or areas needing improvement
- Contribute to forecasting , budgeting, and strategic review exercises
Leadership & People Development
- Participate in coaching sessions, team discussions, and staff briefings
- Learn HR-related functions such as performance reviews, attendance monitoring, and conflict resolution
- Support initiatives to build a positive and motivated team environment
Transition Planning
- Regularly review readiness and development progress with Senior Manager
- Demonstrate increasing independence in managing branch matters as training progresses
- Prepare to assume full responsibility as Head of Branch upon meeting performance expectations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
