Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical systems up to 11kV, including switchgears, transformers, and generators.
- Ensure all electrical installations and works comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) and relevant authorities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electrical systems and equipment.
- Monitor and manage electrical load consumption to optimize energy usage and prevent system overloads.
- Respond to electrical emergencies, power outages, and breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and update maintenance logs, reports, inspection records, and statutory documentation.
- Supervise contractors and vendors performing electrical work and ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure the building’s electrical systems are safe for tenants, shoppers, and staff at all times.
- Assist in planning and execution of electrical upgrading projects, energy-saving initiatives, and audits.
- Conduct periodic safety checks and participate in safety drills in accordance with mall procedures.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid BO Chargeman Certificate (11kV) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in electrical maintenance in a commercial or shopping mall environment.
- Good knowledge of high voltage systems, switchgears, transformers, and related protection devices.
- Familiar with statutory requirements and safety standards.
- Able to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays if needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
