Key Responsibilities

- Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
- Maintain detailed records and follow up on open cases
- Share feedback to support service improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams as required
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within the banking industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage
- Diploma or higher qualification
