JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support Astro’s anti-piracy initiative by identifying commercial piracy cases and delivering CID letters in collaboration with the direct and In-direct sales team.
- To act as a field enforcer and liaison between sales, legal, and PDRM teams to ensure compliance and conversion of piracy users into legitimate CE customers.
- To ensure high conversion of piracy cases into legitimate Astro CE customers while maintaining strong documentation and compliance standards.
- Meeting or Conduct weekend check at commercial outlets suspected of piracy.
- Conduct field operations to identify and document piracy cases with full evidence submission via the Eagle app.
- Collaborate with (DSM,IDSM,DSR) to deliver CID letters to suspected piracy users.
- Maintain detailed logs of piracy cases, CID deliveries, and conversion outcomes.
- Support coordination with PDRM for raid operations when required.
- Educate commercial customers on copyright laws and the risks of using pirated content.
- Provide weekly reports to Sales Planning and Commercial Enterprise leadership.
- Assist in refining anti-piracy strategies based on field insights and customer feedback.
- Ensure all enforcement and sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with Astro’s anti-piracy protocols and reporting standards.
- Ad-hock for audit or piracy cases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Field operations or enforcement experience, preferably in sales, security, or compliance-related roles.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as direct sales, field marketing, or service recovery.
- Basic understanding of copyright or intellectual property enforcement, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable with mobile reporting tools and apps (e.g., Eagle app or similar)
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
