Overall Responsibility:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales management, and team leadership; act as store-in-charge when Store Manager is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving sales and KPI targets by driving team performance.
- Supervise sales floor activities to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Support training and development of team members to meet service and product knowledge standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure VM guidelines and promotional displays are executed effectively.
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports for management review.
- Provide leadership and act as a role model on the sales floor.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail/ business management is a plus.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Retail industry, preferably Apparel/ Fashion global brand experience or relevant experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
