Standard Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant/outlet.
- Supervise and guide service staff to ensure high-quality guest service.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming in line with hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Support in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving revenue targets.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing reports and administrative tasks as required by management.
