OB SUMMARY
To lead and coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO Management Systems across the organization and to oversee the governance and control of company-wide policy documentation. This role ensures compliance with international ISO standards and internal policies, supporting Cypark's operational integrity and sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
1. ISO Management System (IMS) Implementation
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Safety & Health), and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery).
- Ensure integration of ISO standards into daily operations across departments and sites.
- Coordinate the development and review of IMS-related procedures, manuals, and records.
2. Audit & Certification
- Plan and conduct internal audits in line with ISO requirements.
- Coordinate external surveillance and recertification audits with certification bodies.
- Track audit findings and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Policy & Documentation Control
- Manage the full lifecycle of company-wide policies, procedures, SOPs, and forms.
- Ensure proper version control, approvals, distribution, and archival of documentation.
- Review and update policies periodically to align with legal, regulatory, and business needs.
4. Training & Awareness
- Conduct ISO and policy-related induction and refresher training sessions.
- Promote awareness and compliance culture among employees at all levels.
- Support departments in drafting or revising procedures in alignment with ISO and corporate governance standards.
5. Reporting & Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor and report ISO-related performance indicators and document compliance status.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
- Support the company’s sustainability and ESG reporting where ISO contributes.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with project, operations, HR, procurement, and other departments to ensure compliance across functions.
- Provide guidance and support to site teams in implementing ISO practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certifications :
- Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 is required.
- Certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 37001 are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ISO implementation and documentation management.
- Experience in managing company policy governance is an added advantage.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and document control systems.
- Excellent writing, auditing, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
