Key responsibilities:
- To oversee all aspects of event management following the budget and schedule as per Company‘s guideline.
- To plan, coordinate and execute events/projects systematically (pre-event, event and post event).
- To prepare articles in English or Bahasa Malaysia following company’s events/functions as and when necessary.
- To provide support services to other departments and liaise with them when needed.
- To participate as a committee member in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programmes organized by subsidiaries and/or associate companies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in corporate communication/ public relations or related fields from a reputable institution.
- 8 years’ experience in public relation/event management fields.
- Experience working with media agencies is an advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Creative mind and articulate in speech and writing very well.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, adapting as the external environment and organization evolves.
- A strong work ethic with experience organizing concurrent multitasked workload for effective implementation.
- Ability to juggle different priorities, handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, independent and demonstrate passion for own work.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, proactive, efficient and meticulous.
- Resourceful and passionate in delivering outstanding events.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
