- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa English both written and spoken
- Minimum height of 160cm and a healthy BMI due to our nature of work.
- Able to travel with us in Malaysia without any restriction.
- Possess own transport in order to attend meeting with us or our clients when necessary.
- Enjoy communicating with people and deliver tasks in hand
- Preferably Bumiputra / Malay candidates due to nature of our business.
- Enjoy singing (karaoke) and love outdoor activities.
- Tech savvy with knowledge in computer skills
- Able to use latest AI and machine learning to source for knowledge
- Highly motivates, wants to be successful in life.
- Well groomed, modern, stylish and clean to the eyes.
- Pay importance to appearance, image, attitude and behaviour.
- Someone who can speak verbally and not a text person when come to communication and conversation.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Event facilitator – preparation for upcoming training session and post program.
- Following up with clients on items necessary for the preparation.
- Following up with clients on Marketing and appointment for our speakers.
- Coming up with new ideas for activities through Machine Learning and AI.
- Creative, innovative and solve problems
- Handle our clients real time and real projects.

WHERE AND HOW WILL YOU BE TRAVELLING?
- Local within Klang Valley, or outside Klang Valley like PD, JB, Melaka, JB, Cherating, Penang and so on.
- Some of our programs are day trip (locally in Klang Valley) and some are overnights (outside Klang Valley).
- We will provide our transport (company car) but if you possess your own, we will pay your petrol and toll allowance.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I NEED TO COME TO OFFICE IN A WEEK?
- We use to have an office but now we are 100% WFH concept.
- We will meet once a week either online or physically to update progress.
- Be prepared to meet maximum of once a week UNLESS we are travelling for training programs.
- We will meet to discuss our coming program and what we need to prepare for the program.
ALLOWANCES & WORKING HOURS
- RM 600 per month
- 9am to 5pm unless we are travelling for program, the hours will be longer.
- When required to attend weekly meeting, you will travel on your OWN COST.
- Overnight allowance RM 50 per night when you are required to travel with us for programs and staying overnight.
- Hotel, accommodation and meal will be provided during the program period whenever travelling.
- WARNING – Don’t put on weight because most hotel foods are delicious.
- We would love you to maintain same weight throughout the internship.
