JOB SUMMARY
- Plan and execute marketing communication initiatives in line with the University’s overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the student recruitment team to ensure consistent and accurate representation of the University brand across all communications and publications.
- Lead the design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns with clearly defined objectives.
- Develop and deliver the University’s annual strategic marketing and communications plan across multiple channels (online and offline), focusing on both domestic and international student recruitment.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing timely reports and actionable insights.
- Conduct market trend analysis and deliver strategic recommendations, identifying growth opportunities through a strong understanding of consumer behavior in local and global markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity leading a team.
- Proven experience in marketing and consumer branding, with direct involvement in managing media and creative agencies, as well as addressing related challenges and strategies.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
