Responsibilities
1. Recommend and execute HR policies, procedures, rules and regulations for employee in compliance with Malaysia’ Labour Act as approved by top management.
2.Responsible for full spectrum of Human resources functions: recruitment, training, payroll and workers welfare
3. To ensure employee personal details are properly filed and updated in system
4. Monitor and update attendance, disciplinary, employee relations and performance appraisal.
5. Liaise with the government authorities on the foreign workers issues and work permits
6. Any related tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification
1.Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree in any field.
2. At least three years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Must possess of positive mentality and able to work under pressure and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
