We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Assistant Business Manager (Assistant Manager Level) to support our Director in all aspects of business operations, executive coordination, and project tracking. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
Assistant Manager Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements of the Director.
- Act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor and track the progress of key business projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Follow up on action items with relevant departments and consolidate updates for reporting.
- Ensure effective time management and prioritization of the Director’s workload.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director’s office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management support, project coordination, or business operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with digital collaboration and task tracking tools is preferred.
* 5 days work week, Monday to Friday
* 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
