Job Responsibilities:
· Support daily sales and operations functions.
· Handle the full sales cycle, including pre-sales (RFQ, quotation, order processing and fulfillment) to after sale activities, project tenders and presentation slides.
· Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales and rental targets.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
· Coordinate with internal departments (operation, logistics and workshop) to ensure equipment readiness and timely delivery to customers.
· Monitor Debtor Listing and ensure timely collection of payment due from customer.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
· Ensure compliance with local law and company policies.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
· Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving KPIs and deadlines.
· Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
· Possess a valid driving license and available for travel when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
