- Stay up to date with every drop point/collection point/outlet under area of charge. Provide sufficient guidance and support when problems arise, and report in time to avoid any misalignment and resolve the crisis effectively.
- Being responsible for duty, proactively reporting work progress, and promptly responding
- Manpower arrangement and supervision of door to door pick up ( Closely monitor unpick-up parcels and conduct necessary readjustment)
- Supervise and guide the front-line on restricted/prohibited items and good packaging practices to ensure shipment adheres to the weight/dimension limitation on delivery terms and conditions.
- Supervise and guide front-line on product labeling
- Supervising front-line overnight scanning practice: daily cross-checking between data in the system and actual
- Supervise the follow-up progress and results of related matters issued by the superior.
- Any ad-hoc work assigned by superior
