Job Details
Summary:
The associate owns and executes task relating to Account Payable / Account Receivable / General Ledger, Tax Compliance and general administration support for South Korea. The incumbent is also responsible for areas like credit control and collection performance to ensure Days Sales Outstanding / Days Payable Outstanding meets the corporate targets.
Responsibilities:
Support in Accounts Receivable / Payable and General Ledger management & reporting functions
Value-Added Tax Filing for Accounts Receivable Filing
Manage the Ready to Invoice report & jobs
Produce Reports like Monthly Sales, Accounts Receivable Aging, Revenue Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, etc
Post Accounts Receivable Collections & Transactions into SAP
Manage the Intercompany Debit & Credit notes in SAP
Issue local Tax Invoice to customers
Maintain customer master data in SAP
Review credit limit customers
Ensure timely recording for financial transactions in accordance with the global closing schedule
Assist in Internal and external audits by addressing any queries related to Accounts Receivable & Revenue.
Support in budgeting and statutory filing as assigned
Any other duties required from the Finance Manager
Reports Directly To:
Regional Finance Manager, dotted line reporting to Kaylee (China & South Korea Finance Manager)
Qualification:
Degree graduates with 2-4 years working experience are welcome to apply
Requirements:
Business level English & fluent in South Korean - written and verbal
Experience managing Accounts Receivables
Experience in logistics or similar industry preferred
Good to have SAP experience
Good to have experience of International Accounting or United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
