The Trust & Safety team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. The Trust & Safety team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

About the team
Our Trainers are an essential part of making our Trust & Safety Operations teams successful. They develop and deliver online & classroom training to address changes to policies, induct new team members and help our teams gain new skills. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. Content that Safety Ops Labelling Trainer interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

What will I be doing:
1. Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom and/or online environment in English and Mandarin language.
2. Help to develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
3. Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy.
4. Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions.
5. Work with labeling business team to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training.
