Role Description
As an Administrative Sales Assistant , you will report to the Operation Manager and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role in Petaling Jaya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
- Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers for office supplies and services.
- Support in monitoring and maintaining inventory data
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Participate in additional work-related tasks when requested by employer
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
