The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves managing office systems, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting management and staff in day-to-day activities.
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, memos, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders when needed.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining staff records, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and administrative standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
