Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining databases.
- Developing and updating brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Assisting with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and attending marketing events.
- Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation.
- Liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and providing insights.
- May assist with managing social media accounts and content creation.
Required Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
