1. Clerical Support
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls.
- Scheduling appointments or meetings.
- Filing documents (physical or digital).
- Printing, scanning, and photocopying materials.
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Entering data into spreadsheets, databases, or systems (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Updating internal records and contact lists.
- Organizing files for easy access and retrieval.
3. Office Coordination
- Ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Helping organize office events or meetings.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized office space.
4. Communication Support
- Writing and responding to emails professionally.
- Assisting in internal communications like memos or newsletters.
