- Experienced in taking Minutes of Meeting.
- Manage meetings, and coordinate appointments and prioritizing important deliverables.
- Maintain accurate calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are kept in order.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Requirement
- Good command of written and spoken Malay & English.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
- Experience in administration and secretarial duties
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to perform multiple-task.
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Self-motivated individual who is efficient and organized
- Active person, well grooming, presentable and willing to learn.
- Age between 25 - 40
