Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Manage general office operations including correspondence, filing, supplies, and record keeping.
- Draft, review, and distribute letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and update company databases, and confidential records.
- Assist with meeting preparations, minutes taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff when needed.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Provide direct support to the CEO/Managing Director, including managing daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Accompany or represent management in selected meetings or events if required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, PA, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage)
- Detail-oriented in handling administrative matters
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Positive working attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
