Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT/GST), and liaise with auditors when required.
- Monitor and track company expenses and budgets.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee general office administration and supplies management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files (physical and digital).
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in logistics documentation like delivery orders, shipping invoices, BLs, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an Admin/Accounts role, preferably in the logistics or transportation sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Pay: RM2,053.33 - RM3,599.93 per month
