Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coordinator at ALMA Technology Sdn. Bhd., located in Puchong. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day tasks including coordinating with clients, scheduling and organizing projects, managing inventory, and providing support to project teams. Ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication between departments are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Sales Coordination, Client Interaction, and Scheduling skills
- Experience with Inventory Management and Record Keeping
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Proficiency with office software such as MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
- Previous experience in the wholesale distribution or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
