Job Descriptions:
- Preparing and issuing invoices, delivery orders
- Handle daily operational task, update & closure
- Preparing, processing and tracking purchase orders with ensuring accuracy
- Ensure the manager informed of key updates, priorities or pending matters.
- Maintain an accurate records of goods and materials in inventory system
- Monitoring of stock levels & record keeping
- Maintain proper filing & organization of confidential & general documents.
- Managing Account Receivable / Account Payable such as tracking payments & generating account statements.
- Maintaining records of invoices, purchase, sales, payments, inventory & related documents.
- Generating reports on operational status, sales, purchase, inventory & related data.
- Supporting accounting task as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- Able to read & understand English
- Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Words)
- Able to use & handle Accounting Software System
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with problem solving ability.
- Responsible & initiative to take on additional task as and when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
