Position: Admin
Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe office environment, ensure proper functioning of office equipment, and manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies to ensure adequate stock and proper usage.
- Handle receipt, filing, and safekeeping of company documents, ensuring security and completeness of records.
- Arrange venues, equipment, and logistics for internal and external meetings and events; prepare materials and organize meeting minutes.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers; maintain attendance records; support payroll and employee file management.
- Maintain communication with suppliers, clients, and third parties; manage visitor reception, telephone, and email correspondence.
- Assist in developing and enforcing administrative procedures, promoting office automation and efficiency improvements.
- Support supervisors with ad hoc tasks, contribute to office safety management, and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant administrative work experience.
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Malay, with strong verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
- Good communication and coordination abilities, with a strong team spirit and capability to efficiently handle multi-party interactions.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with basic data processing skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution, able to independently manage daily administrative tasks and work well under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
