- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Submit invoice (such as rental, TNB, Syabas, Management etc) for payment purposes
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Must able to speak & write Mandarin as candidate need to communicate with HQ(China)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
