* Data entry.
*Prepare monthly statement.
*Filing financial records.
*Updating and maintaining accounting databases, and processing backups.
*Maintain well relationship with customers and suppliers.
*Answer call, reply email, serve customers or suppliers.
*Prepare customers' order, make sure items loaded tally with delivery order.
*Support office staff by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
*Ad-Hoc Tasks.
