JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To provide general administrative support.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Preparation of documentation & submission for application of vehicles permits, road tax and Puspakom.
- Handling Insurance claim.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and maintenance as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh Graduates are Encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to speak in English / Bahasa / Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
