Key Responsibilities
- Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment.
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail.
- Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments.
- Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations.
- Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data.
- Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips.
- Responsible for following up with outstanding daily payments.
- Coordinate to perform data entry tasks for new signed up and convey the information to relevant personnel for the necessary follow-up.
- Keep records of necessary customer and team interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official group chats.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
- Exhibits professional communication via telephone and other correspondence such as e-mail and official letters.
- To record and circulate all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Any other duties will be assigned as the management deems fit and will be reviewed from time to time.
- Handle and compile correspondence and ad hoc projects timely and independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
