- To assist in office administrative works
- To maintain documentation and paperwork
- To support team members in any work related issues
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
- Filing and ad-hoc tasks
- Proficient language in English spoken & written MUST
Job Requirements
- Basic computing knowledge (typing, Internet, email, etc.)
- MUST be good with Excel & Power Point.
- Knowledge & experienced in AutoCount System & SQL System is Advantage.
- Internet & Social Media savvy
- Responsible and reliable with the job scope.
- Intelligent & fast learner
- High enthusiasm, confidence and dedicated personnel is encourage to apply.
- Candidates must at least possess minimum SPM / Diploma.
- Organized and complete task on assigned time.
- Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
- Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (5 days)
