Full job description
The incumbent will provide administrative services to schools and faculty members to support the daily operation of teaching and learning activities effectively and efficiently. This position is to facilitate the effective operation of the Academic Services, which includes timetabling, administering in-course assessments and attending to academic staff and students’ requests.
Principal Accountabilities
Administration of Programmes:
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support and services for the running of programmes and ensure smooth operations of the Schools.
- Prepare and distribute timetables for teaching and learning activities accurately and timely.
- Prepare other relevant materials necessary for the conduct of teaching and learning activities.
- Coordinate the in-course assessments for the programmes assigned.
- Update and maintain a well organised paper and electronic filing system for the programmes assigned.
- Coordinate matters related to students participating in attachments, rotations, selective and field/study trips.
- Arrange transport for students for learning activities, where necessary.
- Liaise with faculty members and other staff to ensure smooth running of teaching activities.
- Assist in managing grievances and complaints from students and parents effectively.
- Assist in data collection for reports and other documents for reporting and planning purposes.
- Assist in the implementation of project activities.
Job Requirement
- A Diploma in any field with relevant work experience.
- Competency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, ability to touch type accurately and at a reasonable speed and produce high quality work.
- Able to speak Mandarin

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
