The Admin Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves handling documentation, preparing financial reports, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions in the accounting system (sales, expenses, petty cash, etc.).
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash reports.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Track accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and overtime data.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation for audit and statutory requirements (SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports for review.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in administration or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
