Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Accounts Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure across core financial workflows in a fast‑paced F&B startup:
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in processing vendor invoices, customer receipts, payment postings, aging reports, and follow‑ups.
Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Enter transactions into accounting software (e‑receipts, bank deposits, petty cash), maintain ledgers and journals.
Reconciliations: Support monthly bank reconciliations, reconcile receivables and payables, credit card and e‑wallet statements.
Financial Reporting Support: Help prepare basic financial summaries, cash‑flow snapshots, and assist with month‑end closing.
General Ledger & Journals: Assist in posting journal entries and ensuring ledgers are up to date.
Documentation & Filing: Organize and archive finance documents and receipts accurately.
Ad Hoc Projects: Support financial discipline initiatives, assist in feedback‑driven improvements, and other tasks as needed, in line with the founders’ emphasis on adaptability
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or completed Diploma/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a small startup team.
High integrity, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
